Job description
About the Company
6PM is one of Europe’s best-known streetwear brands. The company stands out not only through its designs and distinctive energy, but especially through its community. From pop-up tours and its own record label to collaborations, 6PM aims to shape culture rather than simply create fashion.
They are looking for a Corporate Graphic Designer to join the creative team and act as a key link between the brand, marketing, and e-commerce. In this position, you will strongly influence how 6PM presents itself externally across channels, with a consistent and clearly defined visual standard.
If you have a strong sense for visual storytelling, think in formats and channels, and want to help grow a fashion brand through design, this role could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing assets for all relevant channels, both digital and print, ranging from newsletter flows and sponsored ads to opening and closing visuals for video content.
- Build and maintain a consistent visual language that matches the corporate identity, especially for events and special formats such as the 6PM Festival or pop-up activations.
- Deliver fast, creative design solutions for project-based needs such as capsule collaborations.
- Develop advertising materials tailored to paid media channels, including Meta and Google.
- Produce editorial social media content such as price lists, launch announcements, and “Out Now” graphics.
- Contribute to the design and ongoing improvement of the website in close coordination with the e-commerce team.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and external partners to ensure creative output is delivered on time and in line with briefs.
- Protect quality, consistency, and brand integrity across every design format and touchpoint.
Requirements
- A completed degree or vocational training in graphic design, communication design, or a similar field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in brand or marketing design, ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; motion or video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus.
- A strong eye for typography, layout, and imagery, along with a solid understanding of target audiences and platform requirements.
- Hands-on experience creating performance-driven assets for Meta and Google ads.
- A structured, independent working style and strong self-motivation, even when managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Perks & Benefits
- A modern office in central Frankfurt with a rooftop terrace, drinks provided by the company, and home office on Fridays.
- Support toward a gym membership and additional mobility allowances.
- Access to tailored learning and development opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
- Regular team events designed to keep the team engaged and motivated.
- Trust-based working hours in a young and motivated team environment.
- An attractive compensation package with a variable pay component.
Additional Information
This role is based in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany and follows an on-site work setup. The position is full-time. Applicants are expected to bring the experience and skills needed to manage creative work across brand, marketing, and e-commerce touchpoints.
