About the company

The organisation is building a new way for global businesses to access and transfer capital by connecting traditional banking with digital assets. By joining the team, you become part of a fast-scaling institution that is shaping this emerging space. The environment offers direct exposure to institutional banking, digital assets, second-time founders, and senior industry leaders, along with room to grow in an ambitious and fast-moving team.
Role overview
Pave Bank is looking for a driven Corporate Finance & Strategy Analyst/Associate to support work across finance, strategy, and business expansion. The position is closely aligned with senior leadership and is designed for someone who can contribute to high-impact initiatives across the business.
The role will focus on strategic finance projects, fundraising support, financial planning, and corporate development work. It also includes regular travel to Georgia and Dubai, offering exposure to international markets and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Help shape medium- and long-term group strategy by carrying out structured analysis, market research, and financial modelling that informs major business decisions.
- Look for opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes, reporting, and data tracking through analytical tools.
- Support FP&A activities by analysing core business drivers such as revenue, expenses, and unit economics, and by assisting with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Contribute to corporate development work by researching and evaluating strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, partnerships, and M&A, while also supporting execution on an as-needed basis.
- Assist with fundraising and investor relations by building financial models, preparing pitch decks and data rooms, compiling investor updates, and handling investor queries and diligence requests.
Requirements
- Strong analytical ability, with hands-on experience in financial modelling and in preparing strategy or investor-facing materials; background in venture capital, investment banking, or consulting is an advantage.
- Prior exposure to startups or similarly fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets, plus familiarity with CRM platforms and AI or automation tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; other languages are beneficial.
- Interest in digital assets and cryptocurrency is helpful, though not mandatory.
