Position Overview

Seeking a Corporate Finance Expert for a contract role offering remote work flexibility. This position demands contributing 10 to 40 hours per week with hourly pay ranging from $50 to $58. The role focuses on challenging financial assignments rooted in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex financial tasks and prompts representative of investment banking and related sectors.
• Develop exemplary solutions using Excel and PowerPoint that serve as objective benchmarks for evaluating AI models.
• Create comprehensive grading criteria for assessing AI outputs on transactions and financial modeling tasks.
• Build, adjust, and scrutinize advanced financial models, including three-statement frameworks, valuations, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare detailed transaction evaluations and investment presentations suitable for client consumption and professional standards.
• Ensure all outputs are accurate, clear, and conform to industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Practical experience in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel covering scenario analyses and maintaining model integrity.
• Expertise in producing polished and professional PowerPoint investment decks.
• Thorough knowledge of standard templates and workflows used in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development.
• Documented history of participation in live deals, investments, or executing financial transactions.
