We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Manager to join an expanding Advisory team. About You

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent certification
  • At least five years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, advisory, or investment banking
  • Proven track record managing corporate finance assignments end-to-end
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis
  • Deep understanding of financial statements and key business drivers
  • Confident communicator with ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills with adeptness at balancing multiple deadlines
  • Commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
  • Collaborative team player committed to exceptional client service

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing corporate finance projects from planning through to delivery
  • Providing advisory support in areas including financial due diligence, modeling, valuations, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Preparing and reviewing financial models, reports, and transaction documentation
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Mentoring junior team members through coaching and guidance
  • Advising business owners and management on strategic and financial matters
  • Contributing to business development by supporting proposals and client presentations
  • Analyzing financial data to offer commercial insights
  • Collaborating with external parties such as financial institutions and professional advisers
  • Handling multiple projects concurrently while upholding quality standards
  • Staying updated on technical advancements and industry trends
  • Occasionally supporting new service initiatives and overall team growth
  • Participating in networking events and client meetings
  • Assisting with pitches and presentations to potential clients
  • Supporting strategic initiatives as needed
