Job description

Role overview

You would be joining a long-established financial and corporate communications advisory that supports listed businesses, IPO-bound companies, and organisations involved in mergers and acquisitions. The practice focuses on transaction communications, investor relations, and crisis guidance, and works on some of the region’s most significant capital markets matters.

The team is part of an international network with reach across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, including hubs in Singapore, Greater China, and Japan. In Singapore, the group is compact, senior-led, and offers direct exposure to listed companies, bankers, and institutional investors.

This is a permanent opportunity for a Corporate Communications Consultant to join the Singapore office.

What the role involves

You will contribute to the planning and delivery of communications and investor engagement programmes for listed companies and IPO candidates, working directly with clients and taking an advisory role rather than simply handling execution.

The position involves developing strong working relationships with media contacts, analysts, and fund managers, while helping clients simplify complex equity stories into clear messages for the market. You can also expect early involvement in business pitches, regular interaction with senior stakeholders, and exposure to high-level financial communications work.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in public relations, gained in either an agency or in-house environment, and writes confidently and naturally. Experience in journalism, finance, or asset management would be an advantage.

You should be highly accurate, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Curiosity about markets and companies is important, along with the ability to work with demanding clients in a fast-moving environment.

Additional information

The client’s name has not been disclosed at this stage. Further details will be shared after an initial conversation.

Interested candidates may respond through the usual application route or contact the recruiter directly by email.
