The opportunity
An opening is available for a dependable, capable Administrator to become part of the Corporate Services team in Tauranga. The position is based in the Tauranga office and plays an important role in keeping the workplace operating efficiently. You will be one of the first people visitors, clients, and contractors meet, while also helping with everyday office operations and a broad mix of corporate support tasks.
You’ll work with a friendly, professional, and collaborative team, and the work will be varied from day to day. The role suits someone who likes stepping in where needed and takes satisfaction in helping things run smoothly.
- Receive and assist visitors, clients, and contractors at the front desk.
- Help coordinate facilities-related activities and manage contractors.
- Organise meetings and office events.
- Oversee office consumables, equipment, and shared work areas.
- Assist with archiving, along with other administrative or project-based tasks as required.
About you
The ideal person will bring a positive, can-do mindset, maturity, and a strong sense of dependability. Experience in office administration or corporate services would be an advantage, although the team is also open to candidates who show the right attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
