Role Overview

AtheerB is seeking a Copywriter & Brand Content Designer to establish the brand voice and turn strategy into communication that performs and converts.

This is a core founding role in which you will help define how the brand speaks across product, marketing, campaigns, and customer interactions.

Your work will go beyond writing. You will influence perception, guide behavior, and contribute directly to long-term brand value.

This position is equity-based.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Messaging

  • Create and refine the brand’s tone, messaging system, and narrative direction.
  • Maintain a unified voice across every customer-facing channel.
  • Develop a premium, distinctive, and culturally relevant brand personality.

Copywriting & Content Creation

  • Develop persuasive copy for landing pages, product journeys, social platforms, advertising, and email/CRM communications.
  • Write messaging that supports engagement, retention, and conversion.

Creative & Content Strategy

  • Work closely with design and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Translate product features into clear and compelling value messages.
  • Support growth efforts through content designed for performance.

AI & Content Innovation

  • Use AI tools to expand content output while keeping quality high.
  • Test prompt engineering, automation, and scalable content workflows.
  • Improve processes for faster execution and stronger impact.

Customer Experience & Storytelling

  • Shape the customer journey through language at every stage.
  • Create stories that connect with modern digital-first audiences.
  • Strengthen the brand through clarity, emotional resonance, and storytelling.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand communications.
  • Background in writing for consumer-facing B2C brands.
  • A strong portfolio showing both conversion-focused copy and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent English skills; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Experience with digital campaigns, performance marketing content, and product messaging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Comfort using AI tools for content creation.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral marketing.
  • Experience in startups or early-stage companies.
