The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media, online culture and brand communication, along with a genuine enthusiasm for fashion, sustainability and storytelling. Experience in luxury or sustainable fashion, or a background in journalism, literature or editorial work, would be an advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating engaging copy for digital channels with a strong focus on storytelling, brand tone and audience engagement.
- Writing and refining product descriptions and sustainability-related content for the website.
- Helping manage social media accounts through caption creation, copy editing and publishing support.
- Maintaining the brand’s tone of voice across websites, social platforms and other digital touchpoints.
- Supporting the Head of Copy and Storytelling, the Social Media Manager and the wider team with daily tasks and projects.
- Drafting copy for digital platforms, including captions and transcripts for video content.
- Helping create editorial features for Stella’s World, the brand’s online editorial platform.
- Reviewing and updating website and social content so it stays aligned with new collections, sustainability messaging and brand standards.
- Working with the Ecommerce team on newsletter content, homepage messaging and landing page copy that supports commercial goals.
- Assisting with product labelling copy and creative concept writing where needed.
- Supporting the scheduling and publishing of social content using social media management tools.
- Assisting with community management by monitoring user-generated content and responding to comments, tags and mentions.
- Helping plan and deliver social campaigns and content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Coordinating with the Social Media Manager on rollout documents and copy plans for upcoming launches and campaigns.
- Keeping up with fashion, cultural and social media trends to spot relevant conversations and opportunities.
- Helping prepare presentations and decks when required.

- A relevant qualification or professional background in communications, fashion, English literature, journalism, marketing or sustainability.
- A portfolio or work samples showing copywriting and/or social media experience.
- A confident, positive approach and a strong interest in storytelling and digital culture.
- Good knowledge of major social media platforms and how digital trends evolve.

- Flexible writing style that can adapt across social, editorial and ecommerce formats.
- Strong interest in fashion, sustainability and brand storytelling.
- Proactive energy, curiosity and a willingness to get involved in all areas of the brand.
- Personal and professional interest in sustainability.
- Bonus: experience with Photoshop, Canva or video editing tools.
