Job description
Role Overview
The Coordinator of Leasing and Compliance supports the Director of Leasing and Compliance in managing account onboarding, sublease supervision, membership adherence, and administrative duties. This key position ensures adherence to SAE Financial & Housing policies and maintains communication with Chapter members and guarantors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing new accounts and onboarding Chapters and House Corporations into the Revela database.
- Oversee sublease agreements and compliance checks for Chapter members, including forecasting and occupancy reporting.
- Support membership account operations by reconciling deposits and enforcing policy compliance, managing membership status requests.
- Collaborate on invoicing and incidentals processing with the Asset Management team while coordinating housing logistics with House Directors.
- Validate live-in rosters and room allocations.
- Support chapter compliance reporting with Sigma Alpha Epsilon and SAE Financial & Housing Corporation, including roster maintenance, eviction, and collections follow-up.
- Act as the customer service liaison for Chapter members and guarantors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
- Self-driven, organized, and effectiveness in team collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in drafting and implementing policies.
- Reliable, adaptable, and skilled at prioritizing workloads.
- Position requires working onsite at the Fraternity Service Center in Evanston, Illinois.
- Membership in Sigma Alpha Epsilon is favored but not mandatory.
Compensation
The position offers a salary up to $55,000 annually.
