About the Role

Resthaven Bellevue Heights Residential Services is recruiting for a full-time Coordinator of Hospitality Services. This role offers the chance to work within a compassionate and supportive team dedicated to enhancing the quality of care and hospitality services provided to residents. This position focuses on continuous improvement and delivery of high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality meal services to residents aligned with food safety regulations.
• Participate in budgeting processes for the site and monitor financial expenditures, ensuring resource efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and coordinate cleaning and maintenance services to meet required standards.
• Oversee housekeeping staff and organize their daily responsibilities.
• Stay current with relevant legislation, best practices, and trends in hospitality services.

Candidate Profile

• Experience coordinating hospitality services, with a preference for those having aged care sector background.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams effectively.
• Strong familiarity with food safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experienced in stock management, including ordering procedures.
• Capable of handling multiple demands under pressure.
• Previous management experience in housekeeping within aged care or related hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
