Role Overview
The Coordinator for Content Sales Marketing & Partnerships plays a pivotal role supporting marketing campaigns and partner engagements related to Warner Bros. Discovery’s Content Licensing division, which spans SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and emerging platforms. This position requires close collaboration with external partners and varied internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts, manage promotional content, track campaign efficacy, and execute initiatives aimed at boosting content reach and viewer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide partners with access to approved marketing collateral and promotional tools.
- Oversee creation, distribution, and approval processes for marketing assets including key art, trailers, thumbnails, metadata, and short promotional clips.
- Maintain ongoing communication with FAST platform partners regarding campaign prospects, asset requisitions, and promotional activities.
- Facilitate execution of authorized editorial, merchandising, and promotional plans that enhance content exposure and engage audiences.
- Monitor marketing initiatives, placements, and partner promotions, compiling relevant performance reports and insights.
- Address partner requests related to social, editorial, and promotional campaigns promptly.
- Manage marketing schedules and campaign trackers to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Support operational activities with FAST partners by assisting with launch coordination, partner communications, and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintain accurate FAST channel launch, renewal, expiration, and milestone records.
- Compile periodic reports and presentations summarizing partner marketing activities, promotional placements, channel performance, and essential business updates.
- Analyze marketing and platform data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry news relating to SVOD, AVOD, FAST platforms, competitor activities, and emerging distribution channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Management, Strategy, Data Science, and Content Operations teams to align execution and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel and PowerPoint—as well as Canva and Photoshop.
- Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and partner relations within media, streaming, television, or digital entertainment is preferred.
- Strong interest in streaming platforms, FAST channels, content licensing, and digital media ecosystems.
- Graphic design skills are considered an advantage.
- 2 to 4 years of related professional experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $46,912 to $87,123 annually, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Additionally, employees may receive bonuses, incentives, and other rewards.
