Coordinator, Catering

Overview

This role involves comprehensive support for catering operations across the Saudi fleet, including administrative, logistical, and maintenance functions related to catering and accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the full spectrum of catering activities onboard the Saudi fleet vessels.
• Compile and submit monthly meal sheets for approval from the Aramco Tanajib office.
• Coordinate supply provisioning and logistics for ship operations.
• Provide support for crew changes and facilitate Aramco ID appointments for third-party catering contractors.
• Create purchase orders for all vessel catering requirements using Ns and SAP systems.
• Support catering operations and upkeep at the Saffaniya guest house and related facilities.
• Assist with maintenance and renovation tasks for the Saffaniya guest house and warehouse buildings.
• Offer operational assistance for guesthouse catering services.
• Carry out general maintenance responsibilities for accommodation infrastructure assets.
• Review, correct, and submit monthly invoices for the Saffaniya office, and assist with invoice uploads through Esker.
• Plan weekly menus and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage weekly updates on room allocations for guesthouse staff.
