Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and established standards
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for all prepared meals
• Manage orders and monitor inventory independently
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and storage areas
• Adhere strictly to HACCP guidelines

Candidate Profile

• Completed professional training as a cook
• At least B2 level proficiency in German language
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• Experience working in large-scale kitchens and dietary kitchens is advantageous
• Demonstrates teamwork, punctuality, cleanliness, and reliability
• Professional and courteous demeanor

Additional Information

Position is available immediately, offered on a permanent employment basis, and includes monthly earnings ranging from 3120 to 3780 EUR for full-time work as per TVöD pay scale.
