Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals while strictly adhering to hygiene and internal quality standards
- Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes
- Act as the kitchen manager's substitute during their absence
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
- Experience in large-scale kitchen settings, preferably senior care catering
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and hygiene standards according to § 43 (certified)
- Proficient with computers, especially MS Word and Excel
- Motivated to pursue ongoing professional learning
- Friendly and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and their families
