We are seeking a dependable addition to our kitchen team at a sustainably oriented restaurant in Kassel, specializing in modern, plant-based cuisine. Our kitchen emphasizes clear workflow and mutual respect among team members. The ideal candidate is a cook or experienced kitchen staff member (m/f/d) capable of working independently and taking responsibility for their station.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes for à la carte service
- Independently manage a kitchen station
- Organize mise en place autonomously
- Assist in catering preparations
- Maintain quality, orderliness, and HACCP standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed training as a cook or substantial practical experience
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Resilient under pressure and capable of handling stress
- Reliable and punctual
