Role Overview

The hotel is seeking a full-time Cook / Chef (m/f/d) to join the team. Your responsibilities will include preparing buffet dishes for various events, cooking à la carte meals for Restaurant Salis, managing your designated kitchen station independently, complying with HACCP regulations, and actively guiding and supporting staff and apprentices.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook or chef
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in upscale culinary settings
• Flexibility and willingness to engage fully in your tasks
• Creativity combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction

Compensation

The salary ranges between 2700 and 3058 Euros gross per month according to collective wage agreement groups 4 to 6, including above-tariff pay depending on qualifications and experience.
