Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a Control-M support professional at Zensar Technologies in Pune, Maharashtra. The role centers on batch job monitoring, production support, and resolving incidents in a 24x7 environment.
Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of Control-M architecture, including how agents and servers communicate.
- Hands-on familiarity with the Control-M platform for administering batch jobs and using its core features.
- Working knowledge of Unix fundamentals.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and practices.
Preferred Experience
- Background in managing priority incidents and urgent issues related to Control-M.
- Basic exposure to Unix.
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle.
Soft Skills
- Comfortable supporting 24x7 batch monitoring and production operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and careful attention to detail.
