Contracts Specialist & Data Analyst (Power BI / Oracle Fusion)

Job Overview

This position involves managing the complete lifecycle of supplier contracts within the healthcare sector, paired with analytical duties leveraging Power BI and Oracle Fusion ERP systems. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires experience ranging from five to seven years, with proficiency in English and a bachelor's degree as minimum education.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract management process including drafting, reviewing, administering, renewing, and ensuring compliance of contracts and service agreements with suppliers.
• Design and update Power BI dashboards and detailed reports to analyze data related to procurement, supplier performance, contract usage, inventory levels, and expenditure to derive meaningful business insights.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting to track procurement metrics, supplier efficiency, contract utilization, and identify cost-saving measures.
• Extract and scrutinize data from Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring data accuracy, enabling reporting, aiding process improvements, and enhancing system functions.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal departments to assist in sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and procurement transformation projects.
