Job Functions
As a Contracts Administrator based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, you will play an essential part in ensuring effective contract administration and financial oversight within our project portfolio. You will assist Contract Managers by processing invoices, reconciling timesheets, managing purchase requisitions and orders, supporting commercial reporting, and maintaining contract compliance. Your efforts will contribute to fiscal control, on-time payment to consultants, budget monitoring, and the overall success of project delivery, all while adhering strictly to contractual and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Apply thorough knowledge of professional service contract and commercial administration procedures.
- Understand procurement and financial workflows including invoice processing and payments.
- Validate and reconcile invoices accurately against timesheets and contractual agreements.
- Manage Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain organized commercial documentation.
- Pay close attention to detail for accurate commercial data management.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, reporting software, and commercial tracking tools with proficiency.
- Employ analytical and numerical expertise to support contract management.
- Simultaneously manage multiple contracts and balance competing priorities effectively.
- Coordinate communications and interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Adhere to commercial governance, compliance protocols, and audit standards.
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues swiftly.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields.
- Have at least 5 years of experience supporting commercial, procurement, contract administration, or project control operations in complex project settings.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in managing consultant and PMC contracts including payment processing, commercial record upkeep, and compliance support is advantageous.
