  • Work closely with technical, procurement, and maintenance teams to make sure warranty claims are properly prepared and sent to vendors or manufacturers.
  • Monitor claim progress and push for timely closures with suppliers or manufacturers.
  • Review contract clauses covering liability, service levels, penalties, and warranties to help reduce company exposure.

Operational duties

  • Track warranty coverage periods for aircraft parts, equipment, and technical services.
  • Enter and maintain warranty records in the company tracking system.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to pinpoint items that remain under warranty.
  • Compile and submit warranty claims to vendors and manufacturers with complete supporting documentation.

General responsibilities

  • Keep contract and warranty records accurate and well documented.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational work related to contract management.
  • Prepare regular updates on contract status, renewals, and warranty claim progress.
  • Ensure work is aligned with company procedures and applicable regulations for contracts and warranties.

Education and experience

A bachelor’s degree in aviation engineering is required. The role calls for 3+ years of experience in contract and warranty work within aviation, or in another related contract/warranty environment.

Systems and technical skills

Strong AMOS knowledge is needed for identifying claims, extracting data, and tracking cases. The role also requires advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis, along with Power BI for dashboards and performance reporting. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word is expected for presentations and formal claim documents.

Additional requirements
