We are searching for avid travelers eager to design and lead unique journeys for our community. If you love exploring new places, crafting detailed travel plans, and guiding groups, this role is your perfect fit. JoinMyTrip is innovating travel experiences via a tech-driven community platform, ranging from adventurous volcano summits to beach yoga sessions or culinary workshops in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and carry out trips worldwide, prioritizing destinations with high demand.
• Arrange appropriate accommodation and manage all logistical elements of trips.
• Create memorable travel experiences for yourself and fellow travelers.
• Collaborate on promoting your trips with the JoinMyTrip team.
• Successfully lead a minimum of three trips within six months.

Candidate Profile

• Deep passion for travel and exploring both familiar and undiscovered locales in an authentic way.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of effectively planning trips for friends or family.
• Strong ability to craft optimized travel itineraries including transportation and activities to maximize destinations’ potential.
• Natural aptitude for fostering an inclusive and comfortable atmosphere within group settings.
• Hardworking, detail-focused, and personable, able to handle stress while maintaining an enjoyable environment.
