Qualifications Required
- PhD in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in Project Management, Contract Management, or Law.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Railway Engineering.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing Terms of Reference (TORs), bid documents, and procurement contracts to ensure alignment with compliance standards and mitigation of associated risks.
- Contribute to bid evaluations, negotiations, and oversee contracts with suppliers, contractors, and consultants effectively.
- Supervise ongoing contract performance covering aspects such as payment schedules, insurance policies, guarantees, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Track and document contract changes, delays, and claims, delivering regular reports to facilitate robust contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
