Job description
Overview
We are seeking experienced legal professionals including lawyers and paralegals to participate in a contract-based project aimed at enhancing AI systems' comprehension and handling of legal texts. This remote opportunity offers flexible hours within a specified engagement period.
Role Responsibilities
- Create new legal documents guided by provided scenarios and instructions.
- Optionally submit previously drafted legal documents after redacting sensitive details, at your discretion.
- Evaluate and annotate legal documents authored by others, supplying expert feedback and corrections.
Candidate Requirements
- Legally qualified practitioners or those with equivalent experience in drafting or reviewing contracts.
- High-level attention to detail paired with clear, professional written communication.
- Ability to work autonomously on contract terms.
- Previous involvement with commercial contracts or master services agreements is advantageous.
Engagement Details
- Contract period: Friday, 31 July to Thursday, 6 August.
- Compensation: $250 per hour.
- Work mode: Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
