Job description

About Judi Health

Judi Health is an enterprise healthcare technology organization that offers a broad set of solutions for employers and health plans. Its portfolio includes Capital Rx, a public benefit corporation focused on full-service pharmacy benefit management for self-insured employers; Judi Health, which delivers end-to-end health benefit management services for employers, TPAs, and health plans; and Judi, a proprietary Enterprise Health Platform that brings claim administration workflows into one secure, scalable system.

The company’s mission is to help rebuild trust in U.S. healthcare by strengthening the infrastructure needed to support better care.

Role Overview

This is a contract-only opportunity for an experienced Clinical Recruiter. The role is hybrid and local to Denver, CO. You will own full-cycle recruiting and support hiring across clinical and non-clinical teams, with a strong focus on technical and specialized talent. Success in this role means building strong pipelines, working closely with hiring leaders, and creating a smooth and professional candidate journey from first contact through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage end-to-end recruiting activity across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, collecting and sharing feedback, aligning candidate expectations, and presenting offers. A major part of the role involves partnering with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, team needs, and the ideal candidate profile.

You will also build and run sourcing plans to reach passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, internal talent databases, networking, and other sourcing tools. In addition, you’ll conduct early-stage assessments to evaluate technical capability, culture fit, and motivation, while serving as the first point of contact and helping ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

The position also includes close collaboration with business leaders on job descriptions, interview structure, hiring recommendations, and long-term talent planning. You will maintain an active pipeline for future openings, monitor recruiting metrics, contribute to process improvements, and follow the company code of conduct and reporting expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience. The role requires at least 2 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving environment and with a track record of hiring for a variety of roles. Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems is important, including platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and specialized technical communities.

Prior experience with Greenhouse is strongly preferred. The right candidate should be committed to excellent candidate care and bring strong problem-solving ability, flexibility, organization, and comfort handling changing priorities. Clear written and verbal communication and a strong eye for detail are also essential.

Compensation

The listed base pay range is $40 to $45 USD per hour. The actual rate may vary based on experience, skills, knowledge, and location. Separate ranges were provided for remote U.S. work and for Denver, CO, and both were listed at the same hourly rate.

Additional Information

All team members are expected to follow the company code of conduct and report any non-compliance. Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted by management as organizational needs change. By applying, candidates consent to the retention of their personal data for consideration for future opportunities. The company also references its privacy practices in its legal privacy policy.

Equal Opportunity

The employer provides equal employment opportunities and does not discriminate or tolerate harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
