FLAVR is an expanding food brand operating a cloud kitchen in South Delhi, specializing in continental, Chinese, momos, wraps, burgers, sandwiches, salads, bowls, shakes, and healthy meal options. The kitchen aims to deliver high-quality food through platforms like Swiggy and Zomato alongside direct customer orders.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Continental Cook / Commi 1 / CDP to join our team at the FLAVR Cloud Kitchen located in Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi. The role involves preparing continental and fast food items strictly following FLAVR’s recipes and standard portions, maintaining quality, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of continental dishes including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pita pockets, salads, healthy bowls, rice bowls, protein bowls, fries, toasts, basic pasta, and accompanying sauces, dips, and dressings.
  • Carry out food preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, grilling, assembling, and support in final packing stages.
  • Maintain flavor consistency, presentation standards, and exact portion sizes for each order.
  • Manage food prep speed efficiently to meet demands from delivery platforms and direct orders.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstation, refrigerator, ingredients, and overall kitchen area.
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene protocols including wearing gloves, cap, clean apron, and proper food handling techniques.
  • Monitor raw material freshness, reporting shortages or spoilage to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist in pre-preparation work ahead of busy periods, such as vegetable cutting, preparing fillings, sauces, and mise-en-place.
  • Work collaboratively with packing and dispatch teams to guarantee accurate and timely order dispatch.
  • Minimize ingredient waste by using proper portion control according to SOPs and food safety instructions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Prior experience in continental cuisine kitchens, fast food, or cloud kitchen environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with preparing burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, sauces, and dips is essential.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure fulfilling multiple orders.
  • Demonstrates discipline, punctuality, and sincerity in work.
  • Willingness to adhere to standardized recipes and portion control.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in cloud kitchens, quick service restaurants (QSR), or cafés.
  • Targeted for candidates at the Commi 1 or CDP level.

Work Shifts and Location

  • Shift options include Morning (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and Evening (2:30 PM – 1:00 AM).
  • Workplace is located at 4/5, Gupta Market, Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi – 110024.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹25,000.
  • One-time meal is provided during the shift.
  • Accommodation is not part of the job offering.
