Overview
We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy from conception through execution and analysis. This role focuses on simplifying and communicating complex open finance products to diverse audiences, enhancing brand authority, driving sales support, and nurturing customer engagement throughout their lifecycle. The position offers significant ownership with direct influence on pipeline growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the content strategy, align editorial calendars, and oversee production workflows with business objectives.
- Create product-related content for launches and updates, ensuring clarity for varied target groups.
- Enhance industry positioning through insightful reports, commentary, and impactful social media presence, especially on LinkedIn.
- Produce sales enablement materials, including case studies, one-pagers, and presentations to assist the sales team.
- Design lead nurturing and conversion content to guide prospects and retain customers effectively.
- Coordinate messaging across Product, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Account teams, while tracking content performance to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in content marketing within B2B environments, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or related sectors.
- Fluent or near-native English skills; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Proven ability to translate technical and financial concepts into accessible and engaging content.
- Strong editorial judgment and storytelling capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in crafting research-driven, insightful content that adds audience value.
- Competent project manager capable of juggling multiple initiatives successfully.
- Knowledge of SEO, cooperative working style, and familiarity with CMS, analytics, and AI tools.
