About the Role
Join Pogo as the inaugural Content Marketer and spearhead the B2B content strategy for our enterprise business. This role provides a unique opportunity to leverage exclusive first-party data while determining the most impactful channels and winning strategies for content distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the company's B2B content initiatives by deciding the topics and content placement.
- Create compelling in-depth content such as reports, studies, and analyses based on proprietary data.
- Write high-quality copy across diverse formats including long-form articles, webinars, outbound emails, paid advertisements, billboards, and organic social media posts.
- Develop and execute content strategies to prioritize channel investment and effectiveness.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of target buyers and craft messaging tailored to their needs.
- Employ language that attracts attention, encourages sharing, and drives conversions.
Candidate Profile
- A proven background of 3 to 6 years in B2B SaaS content creation within fast-paced tech companies.
- Exceptional writing ability across various content forms with a particular strength in long-form content.
- Skilled in utilizing language strategically to engage audiences, create viral content, and convert leads.
- Capability to extract compelling narratives from data, aided by Pogo's exclusive datasets.
- Strong perspectives on managing content functions, understanding important channels for B2B SaaS, their integration, and performance metrics.
- Experience working independently in growth-driven startup environments with genuine ownership of tasks.
- Proficient in integrating AI tools into content production workflows.
- Additional advantages include experience in turning data into engaging consumer-centric stories and a history of public writing with audience growth on social platforms.
