We are a newly established music school located in Sydney, dedicated to connecting students with suitable music instructors across the city, covering over 25 instruments. Our services cater to everyone, from beginners booking their first lesson to advanced learners preparing for AMEB and HSC examinations.
Role Summary
This position requires applicants to be based in Sydney, Australia. The primary responsibility involves managing and updating our Wordpress website, focusing on teacher profiles and various service pages. The role emphasizes maintaining accurate, consistent, and well-formatted content across numerous profiles, ensuring proper display of reviews and adapting content for both mobile and desktop platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities
- Maintaining teacher profiles, ensuring accuracy and uniform formatting
- Updating content while paying attention to small formatting details that impact user experience and searchability
- Learning the website architecture and content management system functionality
- Understanding how content presentation affects student choices and website performance
- Opportunity to suggest and implement enhancements to profile structures and key pages
- Receiving one-on-one mentorship from a digital marketing professional covering SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, personal branding, and industry insights
Candidate Profile
