- Create and maintain AI-enhanced content workflows utilizing platforms like Claude, facilitating efficient content drafting, editing, tagging, and updates.
- Develop quality assurance procedures to guarantee content accuracy, consistent messaging, and alignment with company guidelines, particularly for AI-generated materials.
- Oversee routine content updates to ensure sustained relevance, performance, and search visibility.
- Manage and coordinate a team comprised of freelance writers, agencies, video creators, and AI contributors to produce varied content types.

Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience using AI content tools such as Claude for creating and refining content workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO and their effects on digital content discoverability.
- Strong capabilities in writing, editing, proofreading, and ensuring superior content quality.
- Background in producing B2B SaaS content or technology-centric editorial work.
- Expert understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with SEO and data analytics tools including Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Experience leading freelance writers, agencies, or AI-based content contributors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Ability to provide effective, actionable editorial feedback and foster team skill development.
- Excellent communication skills for productive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, content management systems, AI visibility solutions, technical SEO tools like Screaming Frog and SurferSEO is advantageous.
- Experience in building AI-powered content delivery systems or thriving in dynamic digital marketing environments is preferred.
