Role Overview

We are seeking a highly inventive Content Creator and Storyteller who goes beyond following trends, capable of crafting, planning, and implementing content that resonates deeply with audiences and achieves measurable outcomes. This position requests a strategic and creative professional who can conceive and direct content across multiple brands, ensuring that business objectives are met through engaging narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored content strategies for various brands and sectors.
• Prepare organized content plans and monthly calendars.
• Compose engaging scripts for videos including reels, advertisements, and storytelling formats.
• Generate ideas for carousel and single-image content pieces.
• Create compelling captions aimed at enhancing engagement and boosting conversions.
• Supervise and direct content production during filming sessions, translating ideas into live content.
• Work collaboratively with videographers, designers, and social media teams.
• Maintain content consistency with each brand's unique voice, target audience, and business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in developing content strategies across diverse industries such as Food, Fashion, Fintech, Automotive, and Lifestyle.
• Exceptional storytelling ability, turning basic concepts into captivating narratives.
• Proficient in writing creative and realistic video scripts.
• Knowledge of audience psychology and strategic content positioning.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Expressive, outspoken, and highly creative communicator.
• Strong skills in content planning and organization.
• Awareness of current content trends and capacity to adapt them strategically.
• Ability to manage multiple brands effectively without compromising quality.

Work Environment and Conditions

• This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with on-site content shooting as required.
• The candidate must be willing and able to attend client locations for content creation assignments.
• Transportation expenses for shoot days will be provided by the company.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary of ₦80,000.
