About the Role
We seek a talented and motivated Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to become a valuable member of our team in Al Madinah Al Munawarah, Saudi Arabia. This position involves close collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager to effectively express and enhance our brand identity across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing and Communications Manager in implementing content strategies and social media plans.
- Craft captivating written content for social media postings, captions, informative articles, and promotional materials.
- Conduct photography sessions and produce compelling visual content for product campaigns and events.
- Oversee and expand the organization’s presence on various social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and track posts to maintain engagement and brand consistency.
- Manage community interactions by promptly and professionally responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics regularly and report insights with recommendations for enhancements.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains innovative and relevant.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, photography, and managing social media accounts.
- Dynamic personality with confident on-camera communication skills.
- Keen eye for photography and visual aesthetic quality.
- Strong organizational abilities capable of juggling multiple social media platforms and meeting deadlines.
- Must possess Saudi nationality, as local accent is required for audio content use.
Preferred Skills
- Video editing proficiency for formats like Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or extended videos.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Voice-over capability for video dubbing and audio content production.

نبحث عن منشئ محتوى مبدع وأخصائي وسائل تواصل اجتماعي للانضمام إلى فريقنا، حيث ستعمل مباشرة مع مدير التسويق والاتصالات لإبراز علامتنا التجارية عبر المنصات الرقمية.
- مساعدة مدير التسويق والاتصالات في تنفيذ استراتيجيات المحتوى ووسائل التواصل.
- إنتاج محتوى كتابي جذاب للمنشورات والتسميات والمقالات والمواد التسويقية.
- تنفيذ جلسات تصوير وإنتاج محتوى بصري للحملات والمنتجات والفعاليات.
- إدارة وتطوير حسابات الشركة على وسائل التواصل المختلفة مثل إنستغرام، لينكدإن، إكس، تيك توك، وسناب شات.
- جدولة ونشر ومتابعة المحتوى لضمان الاتساق وزيادة التفاعل.
- الرد على التعليقات والرسائل وتنظيم تفاعلات الجمهور بشكل مهني وسريع.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء إعداد تقارير وتحليل للمساعدة في تحسين العمل.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التوجهات وأفضل الممارسات في التواصل الاجتماعي.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- خبرة مثبتة في صناعة المحتوى والتصوير وإدارة وسائل التواصل.
- حس بصري عالي في التصوير والجماليات الإبداعية.
- شخصية نشيطة وواثقة للظهور الصوتي أحياناً.
- تنظيم عالي للتعامل مع مهام ومتطلبات متعددة.
- الشرط الأساسي: الجنسية السعودية لاستخدام اللهجة المحلية.
مهارات إضافية (ميزة):
- مهارات مونتاج الفيديو للعمل مع الريلز والتيك توك واليوتيوب القصير أو الطويل.
- إجادة أدوات التصميم مثل كانفا وأدوبي.
- مهارات التسجيل الصوتي والتعليق والدبلجة.
