About the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen
The Ayurveda Parkschlösschen, situated in the scenic Mosel valley in Traben-Trarbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, is Europe's only 5-star Ayurveda hotel. Since 1993, it has specialized in traditional Ayurvedic cleansing treatments (Panchakarma) and is built on holistic Ayurvedic principles encompassing nutrition, detox programs, massages, yoga, and meditation. The family-run hotel is proud to combine hospitality with ancient healing arts in a welcoming environment for guests and team members from over 20 nations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled individual to join our marketing department as a Social Media Content Creator. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing our social media strategies alongside the marketing team and leadership, producing engaging content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the social media strategy in cooperation with marketing colleagues and management.
- Plan, organize, and execute content production activities.
- Publish and manage content across all social media platforms.
- Engage with the community and handle social media interactions.
- Analyze content performance and optimize continuously.
- Track current trends and developments in the premium hospitality sector.
- Produce professional-level photography and videography.
- Edit photos and videos to high standards.
- Create compelling, grammatically correct text in both German and English.
- Present the brand consistently with corporate design and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and organize a structured content library.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably completed vocational training as a media designer, a degree in design, or equivalent qualifications with relevant content creation experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- High attention to quality and detail.
- Native-level fluency in German and good command of English.
