Role overview
This position is designed for a hands-on creator who can do far more than schedule posts. The ideal person can shoot, edit, write, strategize, and manage social channels while creating content that strengthens trust, increases engagement, generates leads, and supports client growth.
Skinfluence Marketing partners with well-known medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, and healthcare brands across North America, producing content that helps these practices become a top choice in their market.
If you enjoy storytelling, short-form video, brand building, and turning ideas into high-performing social content, this opportunity is built for you.
Core responsibilities
- Plan and carry out on-location content shoots for clients.
- Capture polished photo and video assets, including treatment footage, provider clips, testimonials, patient stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and before-and-after visuals.
- Create short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and similar channels.
- Edit social-first videos with strong hooks, transitions, captions, and narrative flow.
- Adapt edits for different platforms and performance needs.
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, including scheduling, publishing, and engagement when needed.
- Help build monthly content calendars, monitor performance, and contribute to reporting and analysis.
- Design social graphics, carousel posts, thumbnails, cover images, story assets, and promotional visuals using Canva and related tools.
- Maintain visual consistency across all content and client brands.
- Track trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats, then turn them into relevant ideas for clients.
- Source and coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, including UGC content where relevant.
- Review creator deliverables and support campaign execution from planning through delivery.
