Role Overview
We are in search of a creative Content Creator capable of managing the entire content lifecycle from ideation, filming, editing, to publishing. The candidate will also support marketing initiatives through foundational SEO and content writing associated with real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content strategies and maintain content calendars.
- Analyze trending topics and generate engaging ideas suitable for the real estate sector.
- Craft compelling scripts for social media short videos such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Visit property projects to capture photo and video footage using smartphones or cameras.
- Edit videos on mobile or desktop using software like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design attractive social media posts, captions, and basic creative assets using Canva.
- Compose SEO-optimized blogs and website content.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand projects and translate them into engaging content pieces.
- Publish and schedule content effectively across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Keep abreast of social media trends, AI content tools, and market developments within real estate.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in written English and Hindi with strong scriptwriting and storytelling prowess.
- Skills in mobile videography and photography.
- Competency in basic to intermediate level video editing.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Fundamental knowledge of SEO and blog writing practices.
- A good understanding of content requirements for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
Preferred Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media marketing, preferably with exposure to real estate.
Software and Tools
- CapCut or VN video editing tools.
- Canva for graphic design.
- AI writing assistants such as ChatGPT.
- Google Docs and Sheets for documentation and planning.
- Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio for managing social media content.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Monthly salary range from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000, aligned with experience levels.
