Job description

About the Role

Join a global design marketplace where distinctive objects from furniture and artwork to jewelry and fashion are showcased to buyers worldwide. In this role, you will turn creative ideas into performance-focused and organic social content, helping shape brand storytelling while supporting acquisition growth.

Reporting to the Director of Growth and Brand Marketing, this position sits at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You will lead short-form vertical video creation from concept through final edit, working closely with the paid media team to improve campaign efficiency and scale reach across social platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and produce static and short-form video assets for paid channels such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and similar emerging platforms.
  • Work with paid media partners to design a structured testing plan for creative variations, hooks, and treatments.
  • Review campaign performance data, identify what is working or underperforming, and quickly refine creative based on results.
  • Develop trend-aware organic video content informed by internet culture, design trends, and wider pop-culture conversations.
  • Appear on camera when needed for UGC-style content and help script, host, and present brand-facing material.
  • Collaborate with growth marketers, copywriters, and internal creative teams to keep all assets aligned with the brand’s premium visual identity.

What You Should Bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or production, with a strong portfolio centered on high-performing social ads and vertical video.
  • Advanced editing ability using tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of how to pace short-form videos, use text overlays effectively, manage audio transitions, and capture attention within the first few seconds.
  • A performance-minded approach that allows you to translate metrics into creative improvements.
  • Comfort speaking on camera and presenting content confidently on behalf of a brand.
  • Interest in interior design, fine art, jewelry, and vintage fashion, with an appreciation for a refined visual aesthetic.
  • Ability to respond well to feedback, work quickly, and produce many variations under tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The total package may include base pay, equity or cash incentives where applicable, and a broader benefits offering. Compensation is reviewed with consideration for location, experience, and other role-related factors.

For Tri-State locations, the pay range is USD 104,000 to USD 117,000 per year.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including a $0 single medical plan with HSA employer contributions.
  • Coverage that includes gender affirmation care and infertility care.
  • Flexible PTO, with an expectation of about 15 days per year.
  • Ownership through RSUs, including new-hire grants and/or annual refresh grants if eligible.
  • Option to work from the New York headquarters or fully remotely.
  • Monthly office meals, mixers, and happy hours for employees who work from headquarters.
  • Fully paid wellness support, including One Medical membership and WellHub.
  • Fully paid parental leave, caregiver leave, and bereavement leave, including reproductive loss.
  • Matching donations to 501(c)(3) charities up to USD 250 per year.
  • Additional benefits such as FSA, life and disability insurance, EAP, commuter benefits, and more.

Equal Opportunity and Inclusion

The employer states that it is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and aims to build a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel respected, valued, and heard. The organization also supports access and visibility for underrepresented communities across the art and design industries.
