Job description
About the company
WITEFIELD is a Frankfurt-based digital agency that helps brands communicate their message in a contemporary way with strong visuals and precise communication. The team supports clients from a wide range of industries with strategic consulting, day-to-day social media management, targeted audience outreach, creative concepts, and high-quality content production.
Through its brands WITESTREAM and WITEFIELD SOLUTIONS, the company also extends into live and entertainment formats as well as practical design services. With many years of industry experience, cross-functional expertise, and a direct, modern culture, WITEFIELD delivers tailored solutions for clients in lifestyle, corporate, politics, and the public sector. A key part of the company identity is the team spirit behind the work and the shared experience of producing projects together.
Role overview
As a full-time Content Creator, you will be part of the core production setup and contribute to the creation, editing, and preparation of audiovisual content. The role involves working on a wide variety of formats, from image films and POV videos to commercials, podcasts, live shows, and social media spots.
What you will do
You will coordinate content projects proactively, work hands-on with production equipment, and manage data after shoots. In the office, you will keep track of ongoing projects, edit and animate content, and collaborate with colleagues when needed. You will also help create graphics, illustrations, and motion content, and support larger productions such as live-show screen design or fast-turnaround social content.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate is comfortable on social platforms, interested in marketing and communication, and motivated to work creatively within a young team. You should be able to take responsibility, work independently, and stay flexible in a dynamic environment. Experience with cameras, lighting basics, framing, shot composition, and audiovisual storytelling is important, as is familiarity with professional editing and image/audio tools.
The role suits someone who enjoys learning, wants to step outside their comfort zone, can handle demanding production days, and is committed to seeing projects through with care and ownership.
Tools and working style
The team regularly works with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, and Audition, so comfort with modern creative software and new technology is expected.
Benefits
You can expect room to shape your work in a fast-growing business, exposure to exciting projects across different industries, and opportunities to travel for productions around the country. The workplace offers up-to-date equipment, spacious and easy-to-reach offices, a strong learning curve, and a team culture based on direct communication and mutual respect. Compensation is described as good.
Additional notes
The company emphasizes that this is an active, hands-on role for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully to team success. It is not intended for candidates who prefer low effort or routine output. The position is designed for people who are ready to take on challenges, grow through demanding assignments, and gain memorable experience while doing so.
