As the business expands its visibility and client reach, it is looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Creator (Marketing) to strengthen digital presence across social media and online channels.

About the Role

This is a specialist marketing position aligned to ANZSCO 225114. The role involves developing, publishing and managing digital content that supports audience growth, boosts brand recognition, improves engagement and contributes to broader business development goals.

You will oversee content across company channels and the website, track campaign performance, and support marketing strategy with data-informed ideas and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Create, plan, schedule and publish content across social platforms, websites and other digital channels to grow reach and awareness.
• Maintain content calendars for social media, website and email campaigns.
• Contribute to marketing direction, including brand positioning, audience targeting and advertising approach.
• Coordinate production of marketing assets such as copy, graphics, photography, videos and campaign creatives.
• Manage relationships with influencers, media contacts and external contributors involved in marketing activity.
• Build and oversee email campaigns and automated customer communication journeys.
• Carry out brand assessments, content reviews and market research to uncover opportunities for stronger engagement and performance.
• Track marketing results, review digital campaign data and online platform metrics, and prepare insights and recommendations.
• Suggest SEO enhancements and updates to improve website visibility and search performance.
• Ensure all materials comply with Australian consumer law and advertising requirements.
• Plan and support event marketing, promotional drives and product launch activity.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has a background in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a similar field, along with hands-on experience creating and managing content across multiple digital channels.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in content creation, social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to produce, publish and manage content across a range of digital and social platforms.
• Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience using content management systems and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo and/or Flodesk.
• Experience creating email campaigns and automated marketing workflows.
• Capability with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design and video editing tools.
• Experience coordinating photography and video-based creative projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and digital performance data.
• Sound understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
