Job description
About the role
For the Communications team, we are looking for a Creative Producer / Social Creative Producer with a strong focus on social-first content, creative production, and performance-oriented thinking. You will work in an interdisciplinary project team alongside communications consultants, designers, copywriters, and strategists to create social and digital campaigns, creator concepts, and content formats for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your work will span the full process from the initial idea through to final launch. This role is about more than producing creative content: you should also understand what drives content performance. Your knowledge of trends, creator culture, and social storytelling will help shape culturally relevant ideas that work well on each platform.
Key responsibilities
- Independently develop creative social and campaign concepts, from strategic framing through to confident presentation to clients.
- Take ownership of the creative quality and execution of your projects, ensuring content is tailored to the right channel and audience.
- Plan, coordinate, and support social content productions, including scheduling, resource planning, alignment, and the management of external partners.
- Prepare clear briefs for creators, videographers, and editors, and provide constructive feedback based on platform logic, brand requirements, and performance goals.
- Bring your own video editing capability and be able to cut, adapt, or further develop social-first content yourself.
- Create organic and paid social media campaigns and manage channels both strategically and operationally.
- Review content performance independently, including metrics such as watch time, retention, engagement, and conversion, then translate findings into practical improvements.
- Set up analyses, audits, competitor monitoring, and benchmarks, and turn the insights into strategic recommendations.
- Build and manage the necessary project setup, such as timelines, reporting, meetings, and resource planning, with a high level of ownership.
- Act as the main point of contact for social media, content, and creative production within the team and with clients.
- Stay current on trends, platform changes, and new content formats, and actively contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Candidate profile
The employer is open to applicants whose profile may not match every single requirement. Motivation for fresh ideas, strong teamwork, and the ability to develop creative solutions together are valued highly.
- Experience in client consulting as well as in developing and delivering social and digital campaigns within an agency environment.
- Several years of experience in social media, creative production, online editorial work, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including current platform mechanics and audience behavior.
- Ability to explain why certain content performs well and to justify creative choices using data and audience insights.
- Experience managing external collaborators such as creators, editors, or production partners.
- Good video editing skills, with experience using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut preferred.
- Experience in project management and the ability to organize and steer creative projects efficiently.
- Structured, proactive, and self-directed working style, with a willingness to contribute your own ideas and perspectives.
- Comfort working with numbers and enthusiasm for performance, KPIs, and data-driven content optimization.
- Confidence in client-facing situations, including presentations and cross-project coordination.
- Strong motivation for new ideas, team spirit, and a collaborative approach to creative work.
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
What you can expect
- Work in an international team on exciting projects for well-known clients across a wide range of industries.
- Opportunity to work on both emerging startups and established businesses.
- A chance to further develop your skills and grow personally in a highly dynamic environment within one of the world’s largest agency networks.
- Internal training sessions and workshops to support your professional development.
- A contribution toward a BVG annual pass or an Urban Sports membership, an individual learning budget, and subsidized company pension provision.
- Day For Change: one paid annual day for volunteer work supporting the community.
- Strong team culture with regular workshops and social events such as table tennis tournaments, pizza evenings, picnic events, summer and winter celebrations, a monthly breakfast week, and freshly cooked lunch every Tuesday prepared by Carl, the in-house chef.
- PME family service support for childcare, elder care, and counseling through the Dentsu network.
- A digital and friendly work culture that values skill and personality over rigid hierarchies.
- A beautiful office in central Berlin, offering an inspiring setting for your ideas.
- Membership in an international network with the opportunity to work from offices around the world.
