As the brand expands globally, we seek a creative professional who can effectively convey product features and brand stories on popular platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Role Overview

The content creator will be responsible for producing engaging short-form beauty content that captures attention in a competitive social media landscape. This role involves conceptualizing, filming, editing, and publishing videos including product demos, makeup tutorials, get-ready-with-me sessions, trend-based concepts, and educational clips.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver captivating short-form videos that raise brand visibility and drive user engagement
• Create diverse content formats that promote product discovery and customer interest
• Monitor and leverage trends in beauty, fashion, TikTok, and social media to keep content fresh and relevant
• Experiment with various creative approaches, hooks, and formats to optimize content performance
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign launches and consistent brand messaging
• Confidently represent the Char Cosmetics brand on camera with authenticity

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable and charismatic on camera with strong communication skills
• Proficient in makeup application, especially focusing on eye makeup and lashes
• Experienced in creating compelling content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms
• Ability to produce visually striking content that balances aesthetics with engagement metrics
• Keen awareness of current beauty and style trends
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Skilled in filming and editing quality content using mobile devices or creator-centric equipment
• Prior experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, UGC or social media content preferred
• Portfolio or demonstrable examples of work are mandatory
