Role Overview

We seek a creative and strategically minded Content Creator and Social Media Manager capable of producing brand-consistent ideas and transforming them into captivating, scroll-stopping content including short-form videos. You'll manage published content, energize online communities, and understand how digital content integrates within broader social media strategies.

Primary Duties

• Develop and support marketing strategies
• Create and edit graphics and short-form videos like reels and shorts
• Plan, schedule, and oversee social media content calendars
• Convert briefs, trends, and ideas into compelling content pieces
• Craft engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action that boost interaction
• Track content performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly
• Keep updated with latest trends, sounds, and platform changes
• Interact with audiences through comments and direct messages as necessary
• Adjust content to suit different brand voices and audience segments
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and direction

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in content creation and short-form video production (reels compulsory)
• Prior work managing social media accounts for brands or clients
• Proficient in video editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Descript
• Strong grasp of content performance metrics and social platform algorithms
• Ability to merge creative ideas with strategic planning
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to thrive working remotely in a dynamic environment

Additional Advantages

• Agency experience or handling multiple clients is a plus
• Experience with scheduling tools like Later or Hootsuite
• Advanced skills in analytics and reporting
• Effective copywriting ability for crafting engaging hooks and captions
