NABTT focuses on fostering a media ecosystem aimed at delivering meaningful content mainly for families and younger viewers. The organization handles the creation and distribution of media, alongside maintaining a streaming platform that enables creators and producers to showcase their content.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Operational Specialist to work remotely in support of our streaming and content operations. This individual will be pivotal in coordinating daily workflows among content creators, media producers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding, scheduling, and delivery of content. Responsibilities include tracking operational metrics, spotting inefficiencies, and suggesting process enhancements to boost overall effectiveness. The role also entails project planning, timeline management, documentation upkeep, and updating stakeholders regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities between content creators, media producers, and internal departments to ensure smooth content delivery.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Support project planning, manage timelines, and document workflows and progress.
  • Communicate updates and statuses to relevant stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to promote platform growth and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess operational data and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective coordination internally and with partners.
  • Experience in operations management encompassing workflow coordination and process optimization.
  • Project management expertise to handle task prioritization and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of sales processes or prior experience working alongside sales teams.
  • Keen familiarity with digital media, streaming services, and content distribution is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote set-up while managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proficient with productivity tools, project management software, and basic data reporting applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
