Role Overview
Join a dedicated team as a Contact Lens Optician delivering exceptional contact lens fitting and aftercare services while adhering to the highest professional standards. Responsibilities
- Perform contact lens fittings and provide aftercare aligned with company protocols and professional standards.
- Address general inquiries and offer guidance on contact lens options tailored to individual prescriptions.
- Educate customers about spectacle dispensing selections and current promotions.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimize wait times.
- Instruct patients on the correct insertion and removal of contact lenses as necessary.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a GOC-registered Contact Lens Optician with prior experience in an optician setting, passionate about delivering excellent service and staying current with industry advancements. A team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for professional growth are key.
