Role Overview

The Contact Center Specialist role is a full-time position based on-site in Riyadh. The specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with customers, addressing queries related to orders, menus, and branch locations, and assisting with delivery or service concerns. The role requires efficient use of contact center technology including IVR systems and accurate logging of customer interactions. Complex issues must be escalated appropriately while ensuring prompt resolution of customer needs. Coordination with branch personnel for order confirmation, complaint handling, and feedback follow-ups are critical components. Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction through clear, courteous, and professional communication is essential.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficient in operating contact center functions and navigating IVR platforms.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries effectively.
• Strong communication skills tailored to a customer-facing setting.
