You will join the Workforce and Organisation Team, supporting both local and global clients across various sectors by shaping the future of work and enhancing people capabilities. The team tackles a broad spectrum of challenges aimed at transforming workforce strategies and organizational capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute digital transformation initiatives that enhance employee experiences through targeted interventions such as training and communications.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the current organizational state, considering leadership, operating models, governance, processes, structures, and skills, and design actionable future states with measurable objectives.
- Lead in-person and virtual workshops engaging key client leaders to align and implement people strategies effectively.
- Assist clients in designing, testing, and refining new virtual work models supported by technology to drive productivity and improve talent retention.
- Coach clients on adopting agile methodologies and digital work practices.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support client decision-making.
- Contribute to business development efforts via thought leadership and proposal development.
- Invest in personal and team development by staying current with global workforce and organization trends.
- Play an active role in fostering an inclusive, innovative, and supportive team culture that clients value.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Proven consulting experience or leadership in firms with demonstrated success in areas such as change management, workforce strategy, HR transformation, agile transformation, organizational design, employee experience, learning and development, communication strategy, and people analytics.
- Experience working on transformation projects within Financial Services, Consumer Products and Retail, or the Public Sector is preferred.
- Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, including project management, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, creative thinking, resilience, and executive-level communication.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and empathize with clients navigating complex organizational environments.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a results-driven and can-do attitude, comfortable managing pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong passion for digital innovation and dedication to continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
