Typical Daily Tasks

  • Collaborate with the project team daily to set goals and resolve challenges.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to aid clients in adopting new systems and processes.
  • Prepare client presentations by analyzing feedback and refining proposals with input from specialists.
  • Utilize AI and digital tools to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including reports, strategic plans, and frameworks.
  • Analyze client data to extract insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Mentor junior consultants, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Pursue professional development through industry research, networking, and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the national Human Capital team to support business growth and practice development activities.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Consultants: 2 to 4 years of experience; Senior Consultants: 4 to 7 years, ideally in consulting, professional services, or HR-related roles. Senior Consultants should possess leadership or team management experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in areas such as Change Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and applying innovative technologies, particularly AI-driven solutions, to address workforce challenges.
  • Proven skills in organizational operating model design, change management, organisation redesign, workforce planning, succession planning, and learning strategy development.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to develop compelling presentations and reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Project management capabilities to handle complex and multifaceted assignments.
  • Analytical proficiency in quantitative methods to identify root causes and provide logical recommendations.
