Your Impact
Working with your team, you will advise international clients and contribute to smoother operations and improved HR compliance processes.
- You will review existing HR processes together with specialists and help shape practical solutions that make workflows run more smoothly.

- You will support clients with payroll-related and wage tax questions while working at the interface between finance accounting and payroll accounting.
- You will contribute to projects alongside colleagues from different teams and locations, or directly on site with international clients.

We are looking for someone with an interest in payroll tax and social security law, a solid understanding of business processes, strong numerical skills, confident use of MS Office, and enthusiasm for demanding work in international teams. A quick grasp of new topics and a high level of commitment are important.
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required.

- Excellent learning and development opportunities through Deloitte University, online and in-person seminars, and professional qualification support.
