About the Company and Position
A Polish construction company executing residential and industrial projects in Germany is seeking experienced carpenters, reinforcers, and concrete workers to join the team for on-site construction works across Germany, especially Berlin. The work involves building various structures in housing and industrial sectors.
Job Location
The work sites are located throughout Germany, with a primary focus in Berlin.
Salary and Benefits
- Potential earnings exceeding 20,000 PLN per month.
- Hourly rates up to 23 euros with timely salary payments.
- Free accommodation provided in guesthouses or shared rooms (2 or 3 persons per room).
- A one-time travel allowance of 50 euros towards the initial trip to Germany.
- A referral bonus of 100 euros for recommending a skilled construction professional.
- Ongoing support provided by the recruitment office throughout the contract period.

Scope of Work
- Assembly and disassembly of traditional and system formworks such as Peri, Doka, Hunnenbeck, or similar.
- Concrete pouring guided by technical drawings.
- Operating construction machinery utilized in reinforcement and concreting tasks.
- General construction activities as required.
Application Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of documented professional experience in the relevant trades.
- Reliable, diligent, and responsible approach to work.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Knowledge of the German language and possession of a personal vehicle are advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information
