Role overview
Heritage Auctions is hiring a dependable, energetic team member for its Pop Culture division, supporting the intake and handling of incoming consignments. The role suits someone who enjoys a busy, accuracy-focused setting, has strong service instincts, and is interested in pop culture collectibles.
Heritage Auctions is based in Dallas, Texas, and operates from multiple locations across the United States and internationally. The company is the largest auction house established in the U.S. and works across more than 50 auction categories, including Coins, Sports, Comics, Historical, Jewelry, Fine & Decorative Art, Wine, and others.
Job summary
This position is responsible for processing incoming consignments and keeping customers informed about the status of their items.
Key duties
- Evaluate trading cards and assign grades.
- Choose trading cards that should be submitted to certification providers.
- Research collectible values and prepare estimates.
- Use Word, Excel, and Heritage’s internal software to build listings for consigned items.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of trading card games, including Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering, along with related titles. Prior experience grading trading cards is highly preferred.

Work environment
This role requires independent work in a fast-paced setting. Depending on business requirements, overnight travel may be necessary.
