  • Definition of configuration units, baselines, and associated technical documentation or artifacts.
  • Ensure transparent, structured, and traceable control of changes, versions, and approval statuses.
  • Coordinate alignment with related departments including development, quality, project management, and production.
  • Support audits, inspections, and deliveries ensuring compliance with defined product and documentation standards.
  • Contribute actively to the improvement of processes, standards, and supporting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Experience in configuration management, change management, or a similar role within a technically demanding environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical product structures, change processes, baselines, and approval states.
  • Methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to maintain oversight in complex scenarios.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and enthusiasm for contributing to tool-based process improvements.
  • Good command of German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Enjoy working in environments where technology, quality, and project work intersect closely.
  • Motivated to bring order, transparency, and consistency into complex technical contexts.
  • Proactive in shaping and managing processes and taking responsibility.
  • Background in environments with complex, variant-rich or customer-specific systems, viewing this as a core strength.

Benefits

  • Innovative and international work setting.
  • Flat hierarchies and appreciative culture.
  • Flexible working hours and opportunity for remote work.
  • Diverse social benefits.
  • Access to corporate fitness programs.
  • Bike leasing options.
