Role overview
This is a full-time driving role based at Boral’s Kempsey Concrete Plant in Port Macquarie, New South Wales. You will support local projects by safely operating an agitator truck and delivering concrete to customer sites, with full training provided by a dedicated driver trainer.
The position suits someone who takes safety seriously, communicates well, and enjoys providing reliable service across a range of residential and commercial construction projects, from driveways through to major infrastructure works.
What you will do
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and operate an agitator truck safely.
- Manage concrete slump levels and discharge the load correctly, with training provided.
- Transport concrete to customer locations and work closely with clients to maintain strong service standards.
- Prepare the basic paperwork required for collection and delivery activities.
- Keep production and allocation teams informed about customer interactions and project-related updates.
What we are looking for
- A current HR licence and prior experience driving heavy vehicles.
- A valid white card, or a willingness to obtain one.
- An interest in the concrete industry is an advantage, with complete training available.
